Alexandra has been a massage therapist for nearly eight years. When she massages, she does an assessment to ensure each treatment is unique to each individual client. She is able to incorporate both a therapeutic and relaxing approach. Alexandra specializes in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, pre and post-natal and children's massage. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones. She enjoys reading, and watching TV and movies.

Dr. Stefan completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. Over the years he has worked hard to keep up to date with his treatment procedures and techniques. He most recently completed certification in the Minardi Thompson adjusting technique series in 2022. This technique focuses on improving wellness and healing injuries using a system of gentle drop-assisted adjustments. He also prides himself in offering state of the art therapy options for various injuries. These therapies include electric muscle stimulation, intersegmental traction, Graston/instrument-assisted soft tissue release and kinesiotaping to name a few. As owner and clinic director at Arlington Chiropractic, Dr. Stefan strives to offer an integrative clinic setting that focuses not only on injuries and pain management, but also on improving overall health and wellness. He believes that regular Chiropractic care can help your nervous system and body function at its best potential. He is excited to offer a newly renovated space with multiple care options. Outside of work, Dr. Stefan loves spending time with his wife and three sons. He also enjoys working out and boxing during his free time. Dr. Stefan aims to treat every patient warmly and like a member of the family. He will work as hard as it takes to help you achieve your health and wellness goals!

Dricx Catap (Certified Athletic Therapist) joined our clinic in 2023. He offers a multitude of therapies to help rehabilitate injuries or improve overall mobility. Most recently, he completed a cupping course in order to add yet another modality to treat his patients. Dricx's services are covered by Blue Cross, MPI and WCB.

Indira's approach is gentle and holistic. Her goal is to improve the way you move and function. In her downtime, she likes to garden, wildcraft, cook nutritious food, gather in women's circles, work on building her retreat centre near Teulon, and spend time with her son.
